Customizable HDMI cable
The HDMI cable supports a data transmission rate of 5Gbps and can transmit up to 30 meters, which is sufficient to handle a 1080p video and an 8-channel audio signal. And because the demand for a 1080p video and an 8-channel audio signal is less than 4GB/s, there is still a lot of room for HDMI cables. This allows it to connect the DVD player, receiver, and PRR separately using a single cable. In addition, HDMI supports EDID and DDC2B, so devices with HDMI have the characteristic of "plug and play". The signal source and display device will automatically "negotiate" to select the most suitable video/audio format.
During the use of HDMI cables, excessive bending of the wires should be avoided, such as frequent folding or wrapping, which may damage the core or shielding layer of the circuit. Generally, bending along an arc will not damage the cable.
Pay attention to the brightness of the interface gold plating. Currently, high-quality HDMI cables on the market use 24K gold plating, which can effectively solve the problem of poor contact after multiple plug connections, to avoid signal loss and affect the image effect.
Before wiring, it is necessary to use equipment to test the quality of the wire before it can be officially laid. When laying out the wire, wear dust caps on both ends of the connection head and wrap waterproof adhesive. Try to slot and lay out the wire as much as possible, and do not pull hard, twist or tie the pipe to avoid damage, which may cause the capacitance and characteristic impedance structure inside HDMI and cause signal attenuation and distortion.
The HDMI head is relatively fragile, so it is recommended to bury two or more wires as backup when burying wires, and it must be isolated from strong electrical wires.
